- Customers may make limited modifications to their booking only on the payment day, subject to the following conditions:
- Ticket Removal: Users may reduce the number of tickets in their reservation.
- Guest Information Change: Customers may update the information of designated attendees.
- No additional tickets can be added to an existing reservation, as this would alter the total order amount.
8. Event Cancellations and Modifications

- Rescheduling and Refunds: In cases where force majeure forces an event suspension, the Company will attempt to reschedule it. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed, and refunds are not obligatory.
